The Annenberg, with its intimate state-of-the-art 433 seat theater, is the perfect venue for your next performance. The space is available for private, corporate, institutional and not-for-profit events. All fundraising events must be approved by the Museum Executive Director. RATES: Rental rates are for one period of minimum usage. If rental, including rehearsal, set up and clean-up exceed the minimum period booked, additional time will be billed by the hour.

All rental fees include:
- Technical Director
- One Event Manager
- Box Office Personnel (regular hours to curtain time)
- Podium
- Basic Sound System: House P.A. System and up to six (6) channels of microphones (standard, hard-wired) or playback devices.
- Basic Lighting package: Up to One Hundred (100) fixtures (conventional, non-moving), control board, dimmers
- 1 Slide Projector
- 3 Security Personnel
- 1 Maintenance staff person
Please note: Specialized and/or additional lighting and sound equipment, projectionist, ticket takers, ushers, etc. will be billed per unique situation, and agreed upon prior to contract.
BOX OFFICE: All events requiring tickets (reserved seats or general admission) must be generated through the Annenberg Theater Box Office. Service charge: $3.00 per ticket if sold through the Box Office, $1.00 per ticket if sold by User outside of the Facility. Complimentary and Group sales tickets generated by the Box Office will be at a rate of $1.00 each. |

The Palm Springs Art Museum was founded as a one-room facility in 1938 and has grown to the current 125,000 square-foot facility. It was designed in 1974 by noted architect E. Stewart Williams and the top floor was added in 1995. |
