ARTISTS IN ACTION
Artists in Action is one of the Art Museum's rotating events on free Thursdays. It is presented the second Thursday of the month and features a demonstration by an artist. Sponsored by the Artists Council, these popular events last about an hour and a half and give an in-depth look at how artists work in a wide range of media. It happens at 6 p.m. in the Houston Atrium. For more information, please contact Gary Patterson at 760-322-4850.

The Art Museum's Annenberg Theater features a wide variety of national and international music, theater, comedy, and dance performances, lecture presentations, and films. These events are presented by the Art Museum and by outside community groups and producers, including the Palm Springs International Film Festival. |
